He needlessly lost expensive resources just for the hell of it. Like real war. [Peep]
Did you need cover fire for your war games?
Nerf machine guns with a friend. I had brought the light to look for and retrieve the nerf projectiles after the utter slaughter and mayhem of serious warfare. It was fun, just shitty I lost the light. I asked around the park today when I went back to look for it, and a guy told me to sign up with something called "Next Door"....which is an interesting program. It's kinda like facebook for just your neighborhood....kinda.
Perhaps an honest person will have found the light and see my post. I also taped up a Reward sign at the park with my contact information. We'll see, but I think it's gone forever.
It's actually a pretty decent neighborhood surrounding the park where I lost it. It's slim, but there actually is some hope of getting it back.
Nextdoor is a great resource for your neighborhood IF it's properly managed. My neighborhood in Colorado Springs had it and it was a great tool for neighborhood events, neighborhood watch, crime reports, classifieds, etc. I'm thinking of setting one up for my neighborhood here in CA.
Surfed across an episode of Hee Haw from 1976. Classic.

If you missed the Carnation Festival in Wheat Ridge tonight, you missed out on a booth giving away these boxes.

That wouldbe nice. There are 144. I've already gone through maybe a quarter that many in this house in just about three years. Half of that reason is that those compact flourescents don't like dimmer switches.
I was there tonight, Irving. Nice fireworks show.
Would have been nice to bump into each other.
Can't wait to see how hot it gets today. 3hrs no power sat, then 2 other short (30 min~) ones over the evening. Both generators fired up and the 3-4th pull.
Good morning.
If you miss Hee Haw, you'll enjoy Kazoo's version of Grandpa's "what's fer dinner" segment. It's called "Hey, Kazoo, what's in the smoker"?
Be aware though, he's not into geetars, so his "picken n grinnen" involves his nose, just an FYI.
lmao.
Bitches.
Yo, ho bag.
Howdy. [Abused]
Done got me a new used dresser from a lady on Next Door....it needed some fixin up....the drawer stops were busted off on four of the five drawers. Ran some Murphys and Old English all over it, looks pretty good now. I still need to clean up the inside of the drawers a bit.
Had me a decent frozen box of shit, dishes done, laundry needs foldin....got the Dead on AMC.....pretty decent damn afternoon.
....and shit.
Hey computer guys... I've got a question for ya:
I bought a DVR (for a security system) that specifies a 5400-7200rpm hard drive. It came with a 1TB HDD, but I want to upgrade it to a 4TB HDD. I found a great deal on a WD 4TB HDD that runs at 10,000rpm. Are there any potential problems here?
Faster they spin the faster they wear out. Noisier too.
Speedier but probably won't matter on the security system.

Alrighty, thanks. I think I'll just get the one I was looking at: http://www.amazon.com/WD40EZRX-Weste...ds=WD+4+TB+HDD

Hey Mr Spooky! I like the Neighborhood Watch patch. Not sure about the 3% Alpaca club, though.
Yup...
