My M1911, carried by my grandfather in WW2. It has a scratch on the slide from the slide stop but every time I see this, it makes me smile and reminds me of him.

No 1660XX owned by a friend/neighbor, I'm only doing some research and cleaning and therefore it's temporarily in my possession (a service weapon, passed down from father to son decades ago). Thought some of you may appreciate it, sure is a privilege to "have it in-hand."

Wilson is reporting a 16-18 month build time as of today. Plenty of time to put your deposit in and save the rest.
