1: I'm glad I found this thread...It's like having a joke you can't remember when you see some dumbarse parking like they own the damn world in their POS Prius. And now there's someplace to honor these parking aficionado's
2: I'm glad I didn't see my car in there...of course I'm an excellent parker, so why would it be :)

Good point. You are probably spot on with that assumption. I'm from a small town in Iowa, back where people drive by and wave at you with their whole hand. Out here it seems like people only wave with the middle finger. The biggest pet peeve I have is that moron drivers out here will cut off 4 lanes of traffic to make their exit on the highway, rather than just say, "fuck it" and carefully get over, take the next exit and back track a couple of blocks.
