I might be spending a whole heck of a lot more time in a pool soon, I have a feeling running is no longer an option for exercise with my knee. Time to try swimming.

Just got back from my MRI. The doc there took a quick glance and said I might be at risk for MS.

Looking up the symptoms, the past few weeks I have experienced a couple of them, but others seem to be directly contradictory to what they say are symptoms.

Wait till they tell you a specialist is the next step. THEN one contradicts the other, after $1500 out of pocket

It's only a 3 day work week for me this week and I'm already ready to go the hell home.
