I was behind a car from Boulder to Golden (93) that was smoking pot the whole time. Both driver and passenger. It was around 6:00PM.

Those reasons are why the spouse & I dislike driving almost anywhere. If we have to go out of the local area, it's done by 9, back before the lunch crowds hit, or school gets out
