Let me tell ya. I made some as close to perfect grilled cheese to go with a lamb stew i did the other day. Even golden brown, cheese melted perfectly it was dripping like a leaky faucet. It was one of those food heaven moments.

Been studying my backside off for some last minute cert requirements and knocked out all three exams this morning.
~60 hours of Study material was about 20% of what I recall from the tests. Good thing I already knew some of this crap.
