My daughter has taken after me in that she can spend hours watching DIY videos on YouTube. I get frustrated at her sitting in front of the computer, and not actually doing anything, but there are worse things she could be watching. I've recently gotten on her case about not watching any more DIY videos unless she actually DOES something. So last night she said she wanted to do her nails and we all sat down and painted her nails just like they did in the DIY video. Here is the one I did (compared to the 9 my wife did in the same time). I have very little artistic talent, but boy can I copy stuff. I thought this came out pretty well considering I'm a bumbling fool around girl stuff like hair and nail polish. It smudged a little when I put the clear coat on. It's a penguin by the way. Wife did the blue one, and I got the orange one.
