My old "junk" guns inherited from my family mean more to me than my high-end pieces. That is they would if I actually owned any firearms.

OK...here's one for the barracks lawyers among us: The magazines in the picture will probably be held as evidence. The owner will not be able to reclaim them prior to July 1. Does he get his Huge Capacity mags back?

Looks like it to me. It's probably so that they can try to put some of those pieces back together before the owner comes and sees the wreckage[LOL]

Wow a lot of those are trash now.

Sheriff Taylor is one of the sheriff's signed on to the lawsuit and obviously the owner had possession of them prior to July 1st, even though they were removed from his possession without his permission through a criminal act. I would vote that he gets them back.
