The big question that needs to be asked here is: Why on Earth are you watching CNN?
Back to the OP topic: I guess that guy was just in a hurry to get down to the lobby & pick up the strippers.
The interesting question is, who exactly forced it open? Was it like that before they checked in or did they do it themselves?
I'm sure the lawyers already asked. Of course it should be common sense to not lean on a screen, but lawsuits have nothing to do with common sense.
