RPG to go fishing?? Eight Afghan Police Officers arrested for fishing with an RPG

I can tell you that a lot of the Afghani security forces I saw were high, even on the job. Heroin and opium from the poppy fields is big there, and is not stigmatized like drug use here. I assume that this might be another case of drug use on the job that had terrible consequences.
