Wall mounted Chess Set?

I think the rooks should be 12 gauge 00 buck.

Bishops should be FMJ

King and Queen should be HP (kinda looks like crowns, right?)

Pawns RNL (or plated, it'd suck to get lead poisoning from your chess set)

Knights.... I dunno.

Great choices so far guys, I'm impressed we have so many Chess Fans here. Now instead of painting them Black or White how would you distinguish between the two sides?

steel case for black, nickel/aluminum for white?

I like foxtrots idea about the nickel plating.
