What an idiot. Should have asked to see his Class 3 SOT. Suppressor and silencer don't necessarily reference the same items, yet I've never heard the difference explained quite like that... Also do you know if he gave a loan out on the shotgun shells? After working at a pawn shop for over a year, and perusing many others my whole life, I've never seen ammo pawned.

Tell me where this place is. I would buy a suppressor for $70. Especially if he knew some fancy legal loopholes that didn't require me to file any special paperwork.

Wait though; he may not be far off. Isn't there a little attachment that allows you to mount an oil filter and use it as a suppressor? That little thing can't be more than a $100. Also, I heard Glock or something like that, makes a disposable suppressor for about $80 in Europe. It is poly and only good for like a few shots!
I mentioned the oil filter adapters to him. He was talking about something different. Yes IIRC they were serialized and around $75 each. Plus a tax stamp of course.
