There was a member here that had a kick azz military trailer for sale in the non firearms section. You could never overload it with firewood, your truck would give out before that trailer would.

Finally got some time and good weather to post a pic.
5x10 trailer with bifold rear gate, spare, metal sides, recessed tie downs in bed, metal deck... All made by Mtn.man.
I think it's great he makes these for free for forum members... Who would have thought.
Looks like you need practice loading. My mom and step-dad will gladly take that load of firewood at their house and you can go up and try it again.
