Not only do you need to let the body shop hear about your complaint, you also need to let your insurance and the dealer who recommended the shop all know the quality of the work being done.
There are some hack shops out there. Others not doing correct prep or finish work after the repair.
One auto body shop that has had a great reputation for over 20 years is the local Cadillac Dealer- Red Noland
You don't have to have a Cadillac to go there.
Literally yesterday I got my Ridgeline back from Body & Fender (Falcon/Northeast location); I was worried about how it'd look after work becasue (to me) there were no obvious seams to allow replacement of the damaged panel. Upon getting it back and looking it over, there are STILL no obvious seams, paint is a perfect match, etc.
Very, very happy with their work.

Ps. This shop was recommended by my insurance agent. In the past with other agents I've almost taken their suggestions as a dis-recommendation, but because my current agent steered me to an absolutely fantastic roofer in the past, I gave him a buy on his suggestion. I've come to the conclusion that he really does care about his customers. H Peter Watson State Farm at Meadowland and Academy if anyone's interested.
