Favorite hot sauce?

I cook spice when I want spice but for almost everything I like the taste of Louisiana hot sauce, not hot.

Tabasco for eggs, Valentinas is tasty, Cholula at times. El Yucateco is decent the kids like Sriracha.

Nice. Complete with shaker top.

I can't choose just one. Chipotle Tabasco adds a nice smoky touch to pretty much anything. I have a big bottle of Frank's at my desk at work.
