Creepy shit happens even in NEW houses.
At my wife's work, (which is a Richy Rich nursing home for people with dementia / Alzheimer) the residents pass on from there all the time, the owners of the nursing home have it "Blessed" regularly. The stories she tells are, well..................spooky.

I never saw any real ghost stuff in my life and always wanted to. Well, I always wanted to with two people, not by myself. OP, your wife probably walked by and shut the light off on when you weren't looking.

Personally, I do not believe in this stuff but the "Five Crazy Ladies" smudged my shop. Figured it couldn't hurt. They said there was a lot of bad juju there.
The original owner, of the house I live in, buried his wife in the backyard. She really liked the place. Yeah for living in the mountains! Anything odd that happens we blame her. There have been a lot fewer "happenings" since I moved in.

My wife is convinced we have a nice ghost that lives in our house. She calls him 'Bob'. He turns off lights, closes / opens doors, steals socks, and runs through the attic at night.
That said. I'm an ordained minister. I'll bless your house for you with whatever ritual you think you need. I even take payment in ammo.

we purchased a new to us home about three years ago, everyone in the family see things move around in the house, unexplained shadows etc. I am not superstitious at all nor do i believe in ghosts, but this house has me thinking twice about the reality of it.
