CO is not the south. Maybe south of Montana. I like that it started there. More rural and more conservative. I see more states following suite like WY, UT, ID before CO.Quote:

yep thats kind of what I figured. CO would not go this route because of the fear of losing fed tax dollars. ITs like the state depends on it. I bet Montana could care less.
I was under the impression that this bill has existed in Colorado for the last 15 years or something. Not just Colorado, but 13 other states as well. Am I getting this bill confused with another one?
I also feel like once federal funding is threatened, then people will balk and roll over and show their bellies.
Are you saying CO would cave or all the states that seek similar laws? I'd think Montana could give two shits. WY,and ID for sure.
I'm saying I think Colorado would cave. I think that it is going to come down to the Feds wanting to pull federal money from Montana, and they'll probably cave when that time comes.
