Failure of leadership.
Activities like this typically don't occur unless there is an environment that supports it.

Anybody look for any ads for a Ruger SR9 from Ft Collins?

Many of us here predicted that the BGC law would not be charged on its own but just as an add-on to more serious charges.

Still, its not right and must go away.
