That was pretty much osok-308's point ... Local law enforcement is presumably more in touch with their communities. We certainly saw that WRT most of the sheriffs in the state last year.

He doesn't even know how to do his own job, he really thinks he can tell LE how to do theirs? I don't try and tell my plumber what tools he can and can't use...
