I have no idea if they did in this case. I've heard of a child molester in East TX that was found in the woods tied to a tree and beaten to death. The Sherrif was quite certain of the parties involved (fathers of the children), but was not inclined to investigate since he knew the men to be solid citizens and justice was served. It's an unsolved mystery as to what happened.Quote:

This father just lost 2 of his sons at the hand of an individual's horrific negligence. He'll have that tragedy with him his entire life. Might that be deemed by someone to be punishment enough?
