Congrats and best of luck on the next phase!!!
Wishing you the best Ron. Next time I see you, I probably won't recognize you!
Congrats! I know a couple people who have been through this, and you are in a great spot. Take advantage of it and change your life for the best,
Thanks! I figure I've had 58 years of stuffing my face with anything I wanted and 50 years of being fat. It's time to go down a different path in life. And I want to be able to drive my '56 Willys CJ5 when I get it done! I wouldn't have even been able to get in it the way I was.
Best of luck to you with all of this. I'm sure it isn't an easy decision to do it then go through it. You have a good support group here.
Congrats on the successful surgery rondog. Best wishes and a speedy recovery!!

Thank you all for the support and comments, it means a lot to me and I appreciate them! Good group o' folks here.
I'm home now, one night in the hospital is enough! Sore as hell, belly feels like a basketball. But a better life lies ahead. Looking forward to being normal! I'd love to try runnin' and gunnin' or a shoothouse someday. Driving my Willys, riding my Harley again, hiking in the mountains, hunting in the woods, flyfishing.....you know, Colorado man stuff.
Glad to hear it went well!
Milestone achieved - hit the 100lb. mark! Current weight loss total is 102 pounds gone! Still have some more to go though. It's wierd going from XXXXL shirts to XL, hard to comprehend that.....
