Had a customer call 8:15 and say we where late to her house for our 9am appointment. Had to inform her it was only 8:15 and not 9:15.

I keep making my appointments too early and having to cancel them, or delay them until the frost melts off the roof.

I'm pretty much in favor of hibernation between now and the Vernal equinox. I hate the short days.
