If we are doing it, we need to crash every system we can, wipe clean every bit of data and cripple their I-net as much as possible. Hopefully hack into their missile command and order self destruct on every one of their weapons.
I highly doubt it was us. Why "show our hand" over something like this? Whoever, whatever caused this will now have all those holes closed so they just gave up their secrets.
