It is just an American company that owns the American rights to the Kalishnakov name. I hope it goes well but a Kalishnakov it is not.
I like the deal as a big FU to emperor Barry, but the devil is in the details.
I'm thinking that a Russian made Arsenal Saiga would still maintain a higher resale just because it's says Legion Izhevsk Russia on the side. Might even go up in value if the new ones are stamped USA.
