I ordered a trigger and had it shipped to a member's house. Picked USPS and the tracking never showed it left PA. It also took 2 weeks to get there. PA said it's been happening a lot with them. Hence my earlier comment about it actually updating. I bet the recipient had thought I gave him BS tracking until it actually showed.Quote:

Pretty funny...in a ridiculous kind of way considering today's shipping technology.
The Post Office, in my experience, is cheaper, faster and more reliable than UPS. Flat Rate Priority is a fantastic bargain. Yeah, their tracking is a little suspect. I'll frequently receive something that says it's never even been accepted by the USPS for shipping. I will never willingly use FedEx. Especially FedEx Ground. I can't even begin to count the ways FedEx Ground sucks.
