Hmm.. Not so sure about the "will remove bad and good" part.

Meaning, it will remove anything you tell it to remove, but that is if you actually do it. The scan it self will only detect\remove what is causing your troubles.
Click on the two options on the top then the last option on the bottom. It might ask for a reboot.
Try booting into safe mode with networking, download malwarebytes from here http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebyte...2.html?hlndr=1
Allow it to update and scan, allow it to remove anything it finds... I use this for my clients all the time, it is a great freeware for removing malware.
