So I finally followed through and did mine as well. I made the mistake of not double checking the form before hitting submit. The form ended up in my name and not the LLC's. I just called the nice people at the BATFE and they walked me through it. All I have to do is email them with the App# and ask for a withdrawal process to be started for the application. Then resubmit the new form with the right information. The only downside is I have to wait 30 days for my refund of the first $200.
Nothing today has been easy, so this is right on par....
Plan on 3-4 months on that refund.
She was nice on the phone, but that is probably more accurate. Its my 10th form, so its to be expected. My dumbass did it wrong.. ughhQuote:

My efiled Form 1 was disapproved January 16, this year. The refund was credited to my account February 5, 2016. That works out to about 20 days.
