There are a bunch of folks on the 'no-fly list' that shouldn't be there. There is no 'due process' related to the people on that list. Some bureaucrat puts you on the list and takes your rights away.Quote:

There is no "Due Process" to being placed on any watch list. It is hard to imagine any competent jurist removing a Constitutionally protected right without affording a citizen Due Process under the law.Quote:
