I just stopped recognizing the term since the news and non-gun owners have no idea really what that term means. I wish they would say legally owned firearms, or something like that.Quote:

I'm not 100% on this thought but I suspect that why DC shows up so high is because they have LEO Agencies with NFA items which show up on that 'registered database.'
Can someone check my logic on that?
