Did you see this on one of the news accumulations sites or were you actually browsing CBS News?

I read a story today from the Washington Post where the author referred to TSA as an internationally capable intelligence agency. [ROFL3]

DC is #2 and Virginia is #5. Who inhabits these places? Mostly federal employees, many who are armed for their jobs. There are some issues with the ranking.
