Anyone heard of a place Clancy's or something? Like bunch of beef/steak type items mainly? My mother mentioned it but she was scarce on details. A few things for me to do further research on thanks bros.
The place your thinking of is probably Quincys. There is one in BV, Salida and Leadville. We like the one in BV the best. There is an archery range south of the dump but I've never been there. They do have archery matches every so often so assuming it is a good range. The Chaffee range is hit or miss as far as being busy. Some days you are there by yourself and other days it standing room only. Best place hands down for breakfast is Patio Pancake Place in Salida. Week days there is usually no wait or very short, Saturday and Sunday be ready to wait 20+ minutes. If you have any questions feel free to PM me as I live here. Have a great vacation.
Boathouse Cantina in Salida is a great place to catch lunch on the deck and watch folks on the river.
There is also a Quincy's in Florence. Filet mignon or prime rib depending on the day of the week.
Try to avoid the Royal Gorge Bridge. People are jumping off it.
