No, the commercial looks pretty racist toward white and black people--in addition to very clearly advocating violence toward whites.

This has nothing to do with that MTV ad. There was a movie called "Dear White People," and this is the show version.

The book I was thinking about is "Stuff White People Like, The Unique Tastes of Millions."

You guys sound like a bunch of snowflakes too. It called parody, makes for good comedy. I guy by the name of Mel Brooks used to do it before everyone got so freakin' sensitive.

Never said it was related to the mtv add; just agreeing with the first impression. A book prior to the series doesn't validate anything to me though (not stating it did for you either)
