Out of curiosity where are you seeing the last part about needing to have been a resident of CO? I'm taking a look at the bill and I'm not seeing any requirement for that (though I'm certainly not a lawyer and I may be missing it entirely).Quote:

Pretty sure it dosent matter where you lived as long as you possessed the mags before 7-1-2013. I dont see anywhere in the law saying you can't bring them in to colorado.
Late to the game, but there is nothing wrong about any of the city you listed, certainly not compared to any other city in the metro area.

Weld county is pretty decent it may be a drive for work but look into Windsor
