Marinated stir fry steak strips, will end up in a crock pot of stuff to make chili. Light meal for today. Might take some to the neighbors too who are down with a cold or flu.
Tomorrow is a family brunch. Wife has a plan, usually some mini omelettes (made in cupcake tins) and fancy bacon and sausage and .... waffles I think.
Ham for Christmas dinner and other fixing of some sorts. I just stay out of the way. :)
Turkey, since we travelled this year for Thanksgiving we didn't have any leftovers and we really like turkey.
Weather will determine cooking method.

Today is Vigilia. So per old world customs we will eat fish, pierogi, kompot, and sałatka. We will break opłatek with family and friends and keep an empty place setting for any strangers that show up.

Frozen TV dinners past the due date - got to clean out the freezer to stock up on the Standing Rib Roast specials.
Ham, bacon, pork belly and lefse to wrap. :) Possibly brussel sprouts roasted with onions in bacon fat, applesauce for dessert.
Tomorrow a couple of game hens and some steak for the wife.
Both on the grill out on the deck since it will be in the 40’s!!!!
Tonight, homemade green chili, tomorrow prime rib.
