20 year old saw, ...I'd just buy a new one.
Don't get me wrong, I like to fix stuff but safety is critical to me when it comes to stuff that can cut your hand off or otherwise. My two cents.

There is a Delta 10" miter saw in the non firearms forum for sale. Might it be the same model?
It looks to be flat on one side, possibly you could cut the shape out of a piece of flat plate and attach the pieces to it with JB Weld.
Use old broken cast part as pattern to build new one.
With older Delta tools, check with repair shop. Many times they will have older sacrificial units to rob parts from.

There are various products like this available you could try that are relatively inexpensive. I've never used this stuff...just know it's out there...so I can't say one way or another if it really works. I think Hobart makes something similar, too:

This is the actual manufacturer's propaganda video from several years ago. Might be worth a shot:

Most of the miracle fix aluminum products are zinc based solders. And while the zinc does like to stick to clean aluminum, for any strength to be retained the joint would need to be overlapping. Unfortunatley, we dont have that here.
However, those products do work in applications that solder type joints would be accepted. Cleaning is critical. All oxides and coatings need to be removed, even the clear anodizing that most people don't think is there needs to be removed
Also, only use propane or propane / oxygen. Acetylene is too dirty.
We had several of the model that just sold in TP in the old ctop shop. A couple made their way to my shop early on and could still be buried in corner.
We will be doing shop clean out sometime next few weeks. If any still remain will send one your way.
