$46 out of every paycheck I get? I think not. Life requires responsibility. If you don't have money for your time off work, that's your own freaking problem. I had to take a few months off last year for surgery and I had money on hand to do so. I didn't get paid by my employer or by anyone else. Why should every one else have to foot the bill?
