Damn, he was definitely on the short list of celebs that I am truly sad to see go. RIP Gunny!

My brother, a Marine, damn near worshipped Gunny, he's in denial right now.

Well that ruins what was already a sucky month.

My brother ran into him at a bar in San Diego before his second tour and Gunny borrowed one of their uniform covers, shouted some lines from full Metal jacket and drank with them for several hours.
