That time of morning, my money is on a drunk fare. Channel 9 said the driver is a youth counselor, college student, works multiple jobs and have kids. Also a CCW permit holder. And the reports on his interaction with a witness and DPD, he knows what to do. Going to follow this incident.Quote:
