I think I'm taking some revolvers to Bristle Cone to get my fix. I do hate paying to shoot, and getting my brass swept down range.
Why regret a fun day of shooting if, by some unimaginable fluke, you were responsible for a fire during Colorado's current fire danger?
Archery sounds like a great alternative.
Break open the wallet for some high end crossbow action, ….and you won't be disappointed.
I'm still considering some compound bow options, but I'm really happy with the crossbows that I do have.
