Nice...that's a great way to have fun and not lose your cash. Vegas sandwiches can make your stay more comfortable as well.
Can’t remember the last time I was in Vegas, but in Reno I only went to the casino for the cheap buffets, cheapest places in town for a sit down meal.
Yeah, you could find places that were expensive if you tried.
Last time I was in Vegas, I stayed @ the Maxim. Can't remember why I was even there, concert maybe.
The wall behind the headboard was a burnt orangish wallpapered crushed velvet skyline of the strip. Very boom chicka wah wah.
Also flew round trip for 46$
We would take trips to Vegas when my son was little, he loved the place! We did lots of research to find great cheap/free attractions and would usually get a ?Higher End? room at the Circus Circus (yeah I know). We would look for shows with Mil. Discounts and at the end of the day I would hit the Craps tables before heading to the room, my winnings would carry us for the next and my son loved seeing me plop down $100 bills on the bed!!!
When my and the wife go we tend to treat ourselves a little better with the rooms and meals. It?s good fun if you figure that money you gamble is already spent. There is plenty to do and see off the strip as well, just gotta plan it out.
Are you sure it is pork? Last time I was there, I saw a human finger bone behind the Union Plaza. I haven't been back since.
I go to Vegas 5 or more times a year. Have never stepped foot into a buffet. Sooooo many good places to eat.
