So let's review... because a successful black man (wannabe honky!) says he does not desire to be a victim, nor be made one without his consent, he is a race traitor who is basically white. An Uncle Ruckus (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uncle_Ruckus). Doesn't understand "people of color" (read: low brow culture which even actual sub-saharan Africans view with disdain).
This amounts to nothing more than virtue signaling and kicking up racial strife. They know it will never pass the Senate and would get veto'd. Perfectly safe for Dems to display their racism in Congress (and no one can argue that selective application of any law isn't inherently racist because that's been settled).
They are doing this because Trump has made yuge progress in the black community. Black folks are starting to realize economic mobility and this is the most dangerous thing for Dems because people who are self-sufficient and successful don't need a massive gov to provide for them or keep their perceived opponents down. Which is why Trump won't let them write these checks, it undoes everything he's been working on for the 2.5 years.
This, along with the Dems love affair for illegals (replacing blacks), spells trouble. A one-time payout doesn't erase the past and we all know it won't be invested in families/communities, it would just be squandered.
