Yup pretty much, and it's only gotten worse. I'm new to the supervisor world, so I know I've got my work cut out for me. I'm also non bargaining now.

I know of a CDOT employee that ran over another one (fatal). Now, I don't know whether or not it was preventable, but I do know he's still employed.
So what do they need a union for if they have all these protections already?
