Of course it was a burglary but there's a big difference between letting the burglar get a vest with some radio or bodycam equipment and leaving your weapon and ammo where a simple burglar can get to it by opening a car door, especially in an area where burglaries are fairly common. A smart homeowner who also owns firearms (which category I may or may not fit into) will have the firearms protected in a safe so a burglar can get loose valuables like electronics, jewelry, etc. but not get to the firearms -- or at least the burglar will have to really hunt for emergency firearms.Quote:
