Yeah, I always compare our weather to the interior of Alaska.
I stopped at King Soopers yesterday on the way home from work. Some chick in yoga pants, zip hoodie and crocs said “I didn’t think it was going to get this cold”.

I had a weird dream that my company was trying to send me to Antarctica. Reflecting back on it, maybe I should have accepted. Seems it might be a little warmer there right now.

The kids place, they're building in MT is 40 mi from the canuk border. Their friends saw -30 something. AND she wonders why we have no motivation to move up there, once they retire, soon.Quote:

My thermometer currently shows -4. That's impressively cold for Denver without the "feels like" hype.
I was shooting sporting clays at Kiowa at 2:30 yesterday with a light jacket that I almost took off. By dinner it was neg 5. Nuts.
There's a weather station at Winter Park currently reading -14deg and clocking 100mph gusts. Yuck.
