Depends on how much money we're talking about.

True. Right now not too many individuals in that latter group, our Country may or may not be.

The Russian Strategic Rocket Force would devastate the United States. Russia has 7 time zones. Russia has more fossil fuel than the United States. Russia has more underground bunkers than the United States. If Russia and China join forces against the United States in a nuclear conflict, the casualties will be horrific for both sides. As long as you don't get the radionuclides inside of you, you will be OK.
