The Russian was trying to spray the drone with fuel and bumped the Reaper's prop.

Did the Russian dipshits really think there wouldn't be footage of it?

Uh, yeah ya did Russia. It's a freaking recon drone. Its entire job is to gather pictures.

This is probably a stupid question, but what's the point of dumping fuel on the drone? Hoping it might catch fire? And has this tactic been used before?

wouldn't the fuel be vaporized instantly at that altitude and speed?

Just a guess here, but perhaps dump the fuel on the drone and in it's path, then hit the afterburners to ignite the fuel. That's all I can think of.
