All the major sellers on gunbroker will do it, no problem. They usually guarantee their items to be as represented, and they seem to have the best prices as well.

You can still lawfully purchase C&R in Colorado from a private seller, if you have valid Colorado ID and the seller is agreeable to such... and many are not.
