They haven't dodged anything.
They are paying more at the pump, or for a cheesburger, just like us.
Their portion of our debt, is the same as ours.

This is actually a legitimate scenario for rapid deployment of FEMA assistance... either set up trailers and tents in an unpopulated area, or transport them to an existing camp. Very confused why they decided to rent out entire hotels out of the Denver budget, which practically bankrupted us in January.
