Yup- All .223 and 5.56mm went bye-bye, even JSP hunting loads. There was an inexplicable increase in green-box .222 Rem, often taking much self-space. The funny thing is that XM80 buik 7.62mm NATO is still OK.
Recently eye-rolling were the cackling witches on The View having a case of the vapors over the fact that a 20 year old could buy 50 rounds of ammo without arousing suspicion or being reported. They really have no clue...
Don’t tell them about the 7.62. Shhhhhh
Don’t talk about 7.62x39!!!!!……Unless you got some.
Alleged shooter fired 8 rounds. SS CS fired one in return.
Fired from a KAC SR-25, likely 7.62 NATO, but possibly 6.5 Creedmore or similiar.

Has anyone seen a hi-res picture of the Dead guys rifle?
That was a question I have too. We immediately got a close up picture of the bloody dead guy, so why not his rifle? Or literally anything else he had?
It is probably considered "CLASSIFIED" at this point. I read it was a DPMS product.
