The DMV will give you a good taste. just don't wear your INS hat like I do[Coffee] they are less helpful then, but you will get through the line much quicker.
you can go in to brighton and work in the fields with the migrants if you want, take a little shopping tour in the all spanish speaking stores...
the flea market will give you lots of experience.
or go into commerce city and hit up a local park on a weekend. tons of parties there....with all the trash left
you could also hit up taco bell.
or just go eat at a mexican restaurant, sit down have a few margaritas, ask the server to talk to you in spanish and call it a day
something fun to do is put a Spanish channel on your radio and drive around with your windows down and the radio blaring. people will give you some hilarious looks.[ROFL1]
